🍇 Château Haut Maurin – Bordeaux Supérieur 2022
From a gravelly clay-limestone terroir, the Château Haut Maurin Bordeaux Supérieur combines the elegance of Merlot with the power of Petit Verdot, coming from vines aged 25 to 30 years.
Managed with single Guyot training and cultivated according to HVE3 certification standards, the vineyard reflects a constant commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture.
The harvest is mechanical without thermoflash, to preserve the aromatic purity of the grapes.
The vinification, carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks between 25 and 28 °C for 15 to 20 days, is followed by aging in stainless steel and concrete tanks, ensuring balance and finesse.
💫 Tasting notes:
Deep red color with purplish highlights.
A clean fruity nose, enhanced by a subtle menthol touch.
The palate is full-bodied and harmonious, supported by firm but well-integrated tannins, leading to a long and persistent finish.
A typical Bordeaux terroir wine, both authentic, expressive, and refined.
