🎇 Château Haut Maurin – Bordeaux White Sauvignon 2024
From a gravelly clay-limestone soil, the Château Haut Maurin Bordeaux White harmoniously combines Sémillon and Sauvignon, grown on vines aged 25 to 30 years.
Managed with single guyot pruning and certified according to HVE3 standards, the vineyard reflects a respectful cultivation of the environment and the soil.
The harvest, mechanical, is followed by a 12-day fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, before maturing in stainless steel and concrete vats, to preserve the freshness and aromatic purity of the grapes.
💫 Tasting:
The nose, delicate and expressive, opens with notes of white flowers and yellow-fleshed fruits, lifted by a touch of citrus and a mineral base.
On the palate, the wine is harmonious, balanced, and lingering, true to the elegance of great white Bordeaux wines.

Fish, shellfish, crustaceans, oysters, fresh cheeses (goat), salads, and light dishes
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
