🍷 Château Haut Maurin – Bordeaux Red 2020

From a gravelly clay-limestone terroir, the Château Haut Maurin Bordeaux Red expresses the full richness of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, from vines aged 25 to 30 years.

Managed with simple Guyot pruning according to HVE3 certification standards, this vineyard combines tradition and respect for the environment.
The harvest, mechanical but not thermoflashed, preserves all the freshness of the fruit.

The vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks between 25 and 28 °C, for 15 to 20 days, followed by aging in stainless steel and concrete tanks.
