🌸 Château Haut Maurin – Bordeaux Rosé 2024

From a gravelly clay-limestone soil, this 100% Merlot wine comes from vines aged 25 to 30 years, trained using the single guyot method and cultivated according to the standards of HVE3 certification, reflecting a commitment to sustainable vine growing.

The mechanical harvests without thermoflash treatment help preserve the freshness and natural expression of the fruit.
The winemaking, carried out in temperature-controlled vats for 12 days, is followed by maturing in stainless steel and concrete vats, to maintain suppleness, balance, and aromatic purity.

The nose reveals aromas of fresh red fruits.
The palate is smooth, balanced, and fruity, with a clean and pleasant finish.
