🌸 Château Haut Maurin – Bordeaux Rosé 2024

Produced from a gravelly clay-limestone terroir, this 100% Merlot wine comes from vines aged 25 to 30 years, trained using the single Guyot method and cultivated according to HVE3 certification standards, reflecting a commitment to sustainable viticulture.

The mechanical harvest without thermoflash helps preserve the freshness and natural expression of the fruit.
The vinification, carried out in temperature-controlled tanks for 12 days, is followed by aging in stainless steel and concrete tanks to maintain softness, balance, and aromatic purity.

The palate is smooth, balanced, and fruity, with a clean and pleasant finish.
