🍷 Château Haut Maurin – Bordeaux Red 2020
From a gravelly clay-limestone soil, the Château Haut Maurin Bordeaux Red reveals the full richness of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, coming from vines aged 25 to 30 years.
Managed with single guyot pruning according to HVE3 certification standards, this vineyard combines tradition and respect for the environment.
The harvest, mechanical but not thermoflashed, preserves all the freshness of the fruit.
The winemaking takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats between 25 and 28 °C, for 15 to 20 days, followed by maturing in stainless steel and concrete vats.

This red Bordeaux charms with its aromatic finesse of red fruits, a full-bodied palate and a slightly peppery finish.
A balanced and expressive wine, true to the elegance of the Bordeaux soil.
