From a gravelly clay-limestone soil, this wine is made exclusively from Merlot, coming from vines aged 25 to 30 years.

Trained using simple Guyot and cultivated according to HVE3 certification standards, the vineyard follows a sustainable and responsible approach.
The harvest is mechanical and not thermoflashed, to preserve the integrity and aromatic purity of the grape.

Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks between 25 and 28 °C for 15 to 20 days, followed by aging in stainless steel and concrete tanks, ensuring structure, balance, and fruit expression.
