🐶 Château Haut Maurin – Réserve Des Chasseurs Old Vines 2023.

Since 1917, this 30-hectare vineyard, located on the right bank of the Garonne, has been operated by the Sanfourche family. Driven by a passion for the vine, we cultivate this terroir with respect, dynamism, and environmental commitment, to offer you a great Bordeaux wine true to its origin.

Produced from a gravelly clay-limestone soil, this wine is made exclusively from Merlot, from vines aged 25 to 30 years.

Managed with simple Guyot pruning and cultivated according to the criteria of the HVE3 certification, the vineyard follows a sustainable and responsible approach.
The harvest is mechanical and not thermoflashed, to preserve the integrity and aromatic purity of the grape.

Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks between 25 and 28 °C for 15 to 20 days, followed by aging in stainless steel and concrete tanks, ensuring structure, balance, and fruit expression.
