🌳 Château De L'AUBIER – Bordeaux Supérieur 2020
From a gravelly clay-limestone soil, this Bordeaux Supérieur reveals a balanced blend of Merlot and Petit Verdot, coming from vines aged 25 to 30 years.
Managed with a single guyot system and cultivated according to the requirements of the HVE3 certification, the vineyard demonstrates a strong commitment to sustainable and controlled viticulture.
The harvest is mechanical and not thermoflashed, preserving the freshness and aromatic purity of the grapes.
Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks between 25 and 28 °C for 15 to 20 days, then aging continues in stainless steel and concrete tanks, ensuring structure, balance, and authenticity.

Red color with violet highlights.
Clear nose, dominated by a clean fruity character accompanied by a subtle menthol touch.
On the palate, a full-bodied wine with firm but harmonious tannins, maintaining a beautiful fruity expression.
