From a gravelly clay-limestone soil, this Bordeaux Supérieur reveals the balanced blend of Merlot and Petit Verdot, coming from vines aged 25 to 30 years.
Managed with single guyot training and cultivated according to the requirements of HVE3 certification, the vineyard demonstrates a strong commitment to sustainable and controlled viticulture.
The harvest is mechanical and not thermoflashed, preserving the freshness and aromatic purity of the grape.
Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks between 25 and 28 °C for 15 to 20 days, then aging continues in stainless steel and concrete tanks, ensuring structure, balance, and authenticity.

Clear nose, dominated by a distinct fruity character accompanied by a subtle mentholated touch.
